Parent Accounts

Learn how to create and manage parent and guardian accounts.

  1. Navigate to Administration > Parents > Accounts
  2. Click “Add New Parent”
  3. Enter parent/guardian information
  4. Set up login credentials
  5. Link to student accounts
  • Primary Guardian: Full access to all student information
  • Secondary Guardian: Configurable limited access
  • Emergency Contact: View-only access

Configure:

  • Notification preferences
  • Portal access levels
  • Multi-factor authentication
  • Language preferences

Ensure parent accounts follow security best practices:

  • Strong password requirements
  • Two-factor authentication enabled
  • Regular security reviews
