Linking Parents to Students

Establish and manage relationships between parent and student accounts.

Creating Links

To link a parent to a student:

1. Open the student profile
2. Navigate to “Family Information”
3. Click “Add Parent/Guardian”
4. Search for existing parent account or create new
5. Define relationship type (Mother, Father, Guardian, etc.)
6. Set access permissions
7. Save and notify parent

Multiple Students

Parents with multiple children:

• Can access all linked student accounts from one login
• Switch between students easily in the portal
• Receive consolidated notifications

Managing Links

• Edit relationship types
• Modify access levels
• Remove links when necessary
• Transfer custody/guardianship

Verification

Ensure proper verification before linking accounts to protect student privacy and security.
