Student Enrollment

Learn how to enroll new students into the Ilmiya platform.

Enrollment Process

1. Navigate to Administration > Students > Enrollment
2. Click the “Add New Student” button
3. Fill in the required student information
4. Assign appropriate grade level and class
5. Set initial permissions and access levels

Bulk Enrollment

For enrolling multiple students at once:

1. Download the enrollment template
2. Fill in student details
3. Upload the completed CSV file
4. Review and confirm the enrollment

Important Notes

• Ensure all required fields are completed
• Verify student email addresses
• Set appropriate parent/guardian associations
