Welcome to Ilmiya — the modern platform for building, delivering, and scaling world‑class learning experiences.

Whether you’re launching a corporate training initiative, an internal knowledge hub, or a full online academy, this guide will take you from zero to launch in four focused steps.

Step 1 — Create Your Account

Every great platform starts with a secure foundation.

Use your professional email to ensure access to organization-level features and collaboration tools.

  • Sign Up → Visit ilmiya.com/signup
  • Verify Your Email → Unlock administrative capabilities
  • Complete Your Profile → Add a photo and bio to personalize your Studio presence

💡 Why this matters: Your profile builds trust and visibility across your workspace.

Step 2 — Set Up Your Workspace

Your Workspace is your operational command center.
It’s where your courses, users, analytics, and brand identity live.

Create your workspace:

  1. Click New Workspace from your dashboard
  2. Name it clearly (e.g., Product Training Academy or Customer Onboarding Hub)
  3. Upload your logo and define brand colors

🎨 Consistent branding improves learner trust and engagement.

You can create multiple workspaces if you manage different departments or clients.

Step 3 — Build Your First Course

Now the real magic begins.

Ilmiya’s Studio is built for clarity, speed, and retention-focused design.

Inside your workspace:

  • Click New Course
  • Add a compelling course title and description
  • Use the drag‑and‑drop editor to build structured lessons

Add learning components:

  • 📹 Video lessons
  • 📝 Text modules
  • ❓ Quizzes & knowledge checks
  • 📂 Downloadable resources

Accelerate with Smart Templates

Use pre‑built templates to structure:

  • Multi‑module programs
  • Certification tracks
  • Onboarding sequences
  • Compliance training

🚀 Smart Templates help you launch faster without sacrificing instructional quality.

Step 4 — Invite Your Learners

Learning scales through collaboration.

Assign the right roles to the right people:

  • Admins — Manage settings, billing, and permissions
  • Instructors — Create content and evaluate learners
  • Students — Access and complete courses

You can also manage permissions at the course level for granular control.
