Accessibility Statement
Our accessibility aim and how to get help when you encounter a barrier.
We want people with disabilities to be able to use Ilmiya’s website and educational services. Our accessibility aim is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the W3C.
This statement covers Ilmiya’s public website and explains how to report an accessibility barrier in our services. A specific product’s accessibility status must be assessed for that product and its current version. This page is not a conformance report or a claim that every part of the website or service meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Get help or report a barrier
Email support@ilmiya.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Tell us which page or feature you were using and what prevented you from completing the task. If useful, include your browser, device or assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.
You can also ask for information in an alternative format. Tell us which material you need and the format that works for you. We will review the request and discuss the available way to help. If access to a school activity is affected, contact the institution as well so it can arrange appropriate support while the issue is investigated.
Scope and current limitations
Accessibility can vary between the public website, an institution’s learning environment, and an external tool that the institution chooses to use. Documents uploaded by an institution and content provided by other services can introduce barriers. Please report those issues too, so we can identify who can address them.
We have not published a comprehensive assessment that establishes conformance across Ilmiya’s website and products. We therefore cannot give a complete list of known barriers or guarantee compatibility with every combination of browser and assistive technology. An institution that needs an accessibility conformance report for procurement should contact us before relying on a particular feature.
How we approach improvements
Our aim guides improvements to keyboard access, readable content and support for assistive technology. It also informs the way we review forms and media. We will consider the effect of reported barriers on a person’s ability to complete a task when deciding what to fix.
A support response or an alternative format does not replace an obligation to address a barrier where the law or our agreement requires it. Any specific accessibility commitments in an institution’s agreement continue to apply.
Changes to this statement
We will update this statement when we have a material change to report about its scope or our accessibility approach. The review date appears at the top of the page. Questions about personal information supplied in a request are covered by our Global Privacy Policy.
