Channels
Channels are group discussion spaces tied to your class. You create and manage them from Console — students see and participate in them from their Campus Inbox. Channels are ideal for class announcements, topic-specific Q&A, assignment discussions, and group collaboration.

How Channels Work
Section titled “How Channels Work”- You create a channel in Console and assign it to students
- Students see the channel in their Campus Inbox and also get notifications for new posts and replies
- Both you and your students can comment, and reply
- All activity is visible to everyone with access to that channel
Channel Visibility
Section titled “Channel Visibility”| Setting | Who can see and participate |

| Public | Only those who are assigned to the channel |
| Private | No students can see the channel |
Accessing Channels
Section titled “Accessing Channels”Channels are accessible from two places in Console:
- Inbox → Discussions tab — Browse the list and click to open
- Direct URL — Navigate to a specific channel via its detail page
