Getting started with Ilmiya involves two steps: creating your personal account, then setting up your organization. The entire process takes just a few minutes.

Step 1 — Create Your Account

1. Go to platform.ilmiya.com.
2. The Create your account screen opens.
3. Enter your desired username and click Continue.

4. Fill in the following fields:
   • Email
   • First name
   • Last name
   • Password
   • Confirm password
5. Click Create.

Your account is now created.

Step 2 — Create Your Organization

After your account is created, the Organization setup screen opens automatically.

1. Enter your organization name.

2. Enter your organization domain — this will be your subdomain on Ilmiya, for example:

   xyz.myilmiya.com

3. Enter your organization email.

4. Click Get Started.

You’ll be redirected to your organization’s console — your organization is ready to use.

Tip

Choose a domain name that reflects your institution’s identity (e.g. greenhill.myilmiya.com). This will appear in URLs and communications sent to your users.
