Sign Up

Getting started with Ilmiya involves two steps: creating your personal account, then setting up your organization. The entire process takes just a few minutes.

Step 1 — Create Your Account

Go to platform.ilmiya.com and click Sign Up at the top of the screen. The Create an account screen opens.

Enter your desired username and click Continue.

Enter your email and click Sign up with email, or click Sign up with Google.

Fill in the following fields:

• Email
• First name
• Last name
• Password
• Confirm password
• Click Create.

Your account is now created. A verification link will be sent to your email; open it to continue and finish setting up your organization.

Step 2 — Create Your Organization

After you verify your email, the Create Organization Name screen opens automatically.

Enter your Organization Name and click Next.

Enter your organization domain — this will be your subdomain on Ilmiya, for example:

xyz.myilmiya.com

Click Next. On the Welcome to ILMIYA screen, click Get Started.

You’ll be redirected to your organization’s console — your organization is ready to use.

Tip

Choose a domain name that reflects your institution’s identity (e.g. greenhill.myilmiya.com). This will appear in URLs and communications sent to your users.
