Getting Started with Aide
Aide is accessible from the Ilmiya platform navigation. This section walks you through accessing the portal and understanding what’s available to you.

Before You Begin
Section titled “Before You Begin”To use Aide you need:
- An active Ilmiya account
- Aide enabled for your organization (contact your administrator if it’s not visible)
- A modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- A microphone if you plan to use voice features
Accessing Aide
Section titled “Accessing Aide”- Log in to your Ilmiya account.
- Look for Aide in the top navigation or app switcher.
- Click Aide to open the portal.
You’ll land on the Aide dashboard — the main chat interface.
