Dashboard
The dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It lists every student assigned to your guardian account and gives you a quick snapshot of each one’s activity.
What the Dashboard Shows
Section titled “What the Dashboard Shows”Each student is displayed as a card with:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Student’s full name and profile photo |
| Points | Total points earned through learning activities |
| Time Spent | Total time the student has spent learning |
Searching for a Student
Section titled “Searching for a Student”If you have multiple students assigned to your account, use the search bar to quickly find one by:
- Full name
- Username
- Email address
The list filters in real time as you type.
Sorting Students
Section titled “Sorting Students”Use the sort options to reorder your student list:
| Sort By | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Alphabetical order (A–Z or Z–A) |
| Points | Highest or lowest points first |
| Time Spent | Most or least time spent first |
Click the sort control to toggle between ascending and descending order.
Pagination
Section titled “Pagination”If you have many students, use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate through pages. You can set how many students appear per page:
- 5 per page
- 10 per page
- 20 per page
- 50 per page
Dashboard Header
Section titled “Dashboard Header”The top of the dashboard shows contextual information:

| Welcome greeting | Your name and a welcome message |
| Organization name | Your school or organization’s name |
| Current time | Live clock |
| Prayer time | Current prayer time (Asr) based on your location |
| Weather | Current temperature and conditions — updates every 10 minutes |
Opening a Student’s Detail View
Section titled “Opening a Student’s Detail View”Click on any student card to open their full detail view — grades, activity, awards, leaderboard, and more.
