Portal is Ilmiya’s dedicated dashboard for parents and guardians. It gives you a real-time view of your child’s learning — their grades, activity, points, badges, trophies, behavior rewards, and leaderboard position — all without needing to log into the student account.

What Parents Can Do in Portal

• Monitor progress — See grades, mastery scores, and accuracy across every lesson
• Track activity — Review how often and how long your child is learning each day
• Follow achievements — Watch badges, trophies, and points accumulate over time
• Check behavior — View positive and negative behavior reward points
• Compare rankings — See your child’s position on the leaderboard
• Stay informed — All data updates in real time as your child learns

Access Requirements

Portal is only accessible to users with a Parent or Guardian role. If you log in with any other account (student, teacher or admin), you will be redirected to Campus. Contact your organization’s administrator to set up your parent/guardian account.

Tip

You don’t need to share or access your child’s login to use Portal — your parent account has its own separate credentials and gives you a dedicated view of their progress.
