Rewards

Rewards are incentives your organization offers for reaching learning milestones. They’re earned through points, streaks, and achievements — and can be redeemed from the Rewards tab.

Accessing Rewards

1. Click Awards in the top navigation.
2. Select the Rewards tab.

How Rewards Work

Rewards are set up by your administrator and tied to specific thresholds or achievements. When you hit the required milestone, a reward becomes available for you to claim.

Earning Rewards

Rewards can be unlocked by:

Trigger	Example
Reaching a points milestone	Earn 500 points → unlock a reward
Completing a course or pathway	Finish a course → reward unlocked
Hitting a streak milestone	30-day streak → reward available
Winning a trophy	Trophy earned → reward attached

Redeeming a Reward

1. Open the Rewards tab under Awards.
2. Rewards you’ve earned will be marked as available.
3. Click on the reward to view its details.
4. Click Redeem to claim it.

Note

What a reward represents (a digital certificate, a physical item, or an in-platform benefit) is defined by your organization. Contact your teacher or administrator to understand what each reward means in your context.

Reward Status

Status	Meaning
Locked	Not yet earned — milestone not reached
Available	Earned and ready to redeem
Redeemed	Already claimed

Caution

Some rewards may have an expiry window. Redeem available rewards promptly so they don’t go to waste.

Your Points & Streaks and Badges & Trophies directly feed into reward eligibility — keep earning to unlock more.
