Leaderboards
The Leaderboard shows how you rank compared to other learners in your organization. Rankings are based on points earned through lessons, activities, and engagement.
Accessing the Leaderboard
Section titled “Accessing the Leaderboard”- Click Awards in the top navigation.
- Select the Rank tab.
How Rankings Work
Section titled “How Rankings Work”Your rank is calculated from the total points you’ve accumulated. The more points you earn — by completing lessons, maintaining streaks, and earning bonuses — the higher your position on the leaderboard.
| Rank Position | What it reflects |
|---|---|
| #1 – Top 10 | Consistently high activity and strong performance |
| Top 25% | Regular engagement with good scores |
| Top 50% | Active learner with room to grow |
| Below 50% | More activity and lesson completions will improve your rank |
Leaderboard Scope
Section titled “Leaderboard Scope”| Level | Description |
|---|---|
| Global (Organization) | Your rank among all learners in your organization |
| Lesson-level | Your rank on a specific lesson, shown after completing it |
Improving Your Rank
Section titled “Improving Your Rank”The fastest ways to climb the leaderboard:
- Complete more lessons — every completed lesson adds points
- Improve accuracy — higher scores on lessons earn more points
- Maintain daily streaks — streak bonuses add up quickly
- Claim milestone rewards — don’t leave bonus points unclaimed (see Points & Streaks)
- Retry lessons — improving your score on a retry can add more points
