Inbox
The Inbox is Console’s unified communication hub. It brings together three distinct communication channels — class discussions, student messages, and support requests — into one tabbed interface.

Accessing the Inbox
Section titled “Accessing the Inbox”- Click Inbox in the Console navigation.
- The inbox opens on the Discussions tab by default.
- Switch between tabs using the tab bar at the top.
The Three Tabs

Creating New Items
Section titled “Creating New Items”Click the + Create button in the Inbox to:
- Start a new Discussion channel
- Submit a new Support Request
