Inbox

The Inbox is Console’s unified communication hub. It brings together three distinct communication channels — class discussions, student messages, and support requests — into one tabbed interface.

  1. Click Inbox in the Console navigation.
  2. The inbox opens on the Discussions tab by default.
  3. Switch between tabs using the tab bar at the top.

Click the + Create button in the Inbox to:

  • Start a new Discussion channel
  • Submit a new Support Request
