Once you have an Ilmiya account, sign in at platform.ilmiya.com to access all your organizations.

How to Sign In

1. Go to platform.ilmiya.com and navigate to the Sign In page.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click Sign In.

Organization Selector

After a successful sign-in you’ll land on the Organization listing page.

• If you belong to one organization, you’ll see it listed and can click to enter.
• If you belong to multiple organizations, all of them are shown — select the one you want to open.

Tip

You can return to the organization listing at any time to switch between organizations without signing out.

Troubleshooting

Issue	What to do
Forgot password	Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page — see Password Management
Wrong email or password	Check for typos; passwords are case-sensitive
Account not found	Make sure you’re using the email you registered with
No organizations shown	Contact your organization administrator to confirm your access

Signing Out

Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner and select Sign Out. You’ll be returned to the sign-in page.

Caution

Always sign out when using a shared or public device to protect your account.
