Password Management

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the sign-in page without needing to contact anyone.

Reset a Forgotten Password

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
2. Enter the email address linked to your account.
3. Click Reset Password.

4. Check your inbox for a password reset email from Ilmiya.
5. Open the email and click the reset link.
6. Enter your new password and confirm it.
7. Click Save — your password is updated and you can sign in with the new one.

Tip

Check your spam or junk folder if the reset email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes. Make sure the email address you entered matches the one on your account.

Change Your Password (When Signed In)

If you’re already signed in and want to update your password:

1. Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
2. Go to Account Settings → Security.
3. Click Change Password.
4. Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
5. Click Update Password.

Didn’t Receive the Reset Email?

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Confirm you entered the correct email address.
• Wait a few minutes and try again.
• Contact your organization administrator if the issue persists.
