Profile Settings

Profile Settings is where you manage your personal information and account preferences. Changes you make here are reflected across Campus immediately.

Accessing Profile Settings

1. Click your avatar or name in the top navigation bar.
2. Select Profile from the dropdown.
3. Click Edit or navigate to the settings area within your profile.

What You Can Update

Personal Information

Field	Description
First Name	Your given name as displayed to others
Last Name	Your family name
Profile Picture	Your avatar shown on your profile, leaderboard, and in messages
Display Name	How your name appears across Campus (if different from your full name)

Updating Your Avatar

1. Go to your Profile Settings.
2. Click on your current profile picture.
3. Upload a new image from your device.
4. Crop or adjust as needed.
5. Save the change.

Tip

Use a clear, recognizable photo or image — your teacher and classmates will see this everywhere you interact on Campus.

Contact Information

Field	Description
Email Address	The email linked to your account (used for login and notifications)
Phone Number	Optional — may be used for account recovery depending on your organization

Caution

Changing your email address may affect how you log in. Make sure any new email address is one you have access to before saving.

Account Preferences

Preference	Description
Timezone	Sets your local timezone — important for accurate streak tracking and session times
Language	Interface language preference (if multiple languages are available)
Notifications	Control which activity triggers notifications

Note

Some fields may be locked and managed by your administrator — for example, your email address or enrolled classes. Contact your administrator if you need to change something you can’t edit yourself.

Saving Changes

After editing any field, click Save to apply the changes. Most updates take effect immediately across Campus.
