Logs
The Logs page is a complete audit trail of every action taken across your organization. It records who performed each action, what was affected, and exactly when it happened — useful for accountability, compliance, and troubleshooting.
Accessing Logs
Section titled “Accessing Logs”- Click Logs in the Console navigation.
What Gets Logged
Section titled “What Gets Logged”Every significant action in the organization is captured:

What Each Log Entry Shows
Section titled “What Each Log Entry Shows”| Field | Description |

| Action | What was done — e.g. “Created Student”, “Deleted Class” |
| Resource | What was affected — the student, class, assignment, etc. |
| Performed by | Which user triggered the action |
| Timestamp | Exact date and time of the action |
| Icon | Visual indicator of the resource type |
Logs are listed chronologically — newest first.
Searching and Filtering
Section titled “Searching and Filtering”- Search by action type or resource name to find specific events
- Filter by user to see all actions performed by a specific staff member
- Filter by action type to narrow down to a specific category (e.g. show only student deletions)
Use Cases
Section titled “Use Cases”| Scenario | How to use Logs |
|---|---|
| Student record was changed unexpectedly | Search for the student’s name — see who made the change and when |
| Need to verify an invitation was sent | Filter by “Invitation Created” to confirm |
| Compliance audit | Export or review all actions within a date range |
| Troubleshooting a missing course | Search for “Deleted Course” to see if it was removed |
