Logs

The Logs page is a complete audit trail of every action taken across your organization. It records who performed each action, what was affected, and exactly when it happened — useful for accountability, compliance, and troubleshooting.

  1. Click Logs in the Console navigation.

Every significant action in the organization is captured:

ActionWhat was done — e.g. “Created Student”, “Deleted Class”
ResourceWhat was affected — the student, class, assignment, etc.
Performed byWhich user triggered the action
TimestampExact date and time of the action
IconVisual indicator of the resource type

Logs are listed chronologically — newest first.

  • Search by action type or resource name to find specific events
  • Filter by user to see all actions performed by a specific staff member
  • Filter by action type to narrow down to a specific category (e.g. show only student deletions)

Student record was changed unexpectedlySearch for the student’s name — see who made the change and when
Need to verify an invitation was sentFilter by “Invitation Created” to confirm
