Finding Your School

When you first visit the Ilmiya platform, you’ll land on the Router page — a simple search screen where you find your school before logging in.

How to Find Your School

1. Go to myilmiya.com.
2. Type your school or organization name into the search field.
3. As you type, the system checks whether your organization exists.
4. A green checkmark appears when your organization is found and confirmed.
5. Click Next (or press Enter).
6. You are redirected to your organization’s login page — e.g. yourschool.myilmiya.com/login.

Real-Time Validation

The Router validates your organization name automatically as you type (after a short pause). You’ll see one of three states:

Indicator	Meaning
Green checkmark	Organization found — you can proceed
”We couldn’t find your school”	No organization matches that name
”An error occurred”	A connection issue — try again

Only proceed when you see the green checkmark. Clicking Next without a valid organization will show an error.

What Happens After You Click Next

Once your organization is confirmed and you click Next:

• You are redirected to your school’s unique Ilmiya subdomain
• The login page for your organization loads
• Sign in with the credentials your administrator provided

From there, you’ll be directed to the correct portal based on your role:

Troubleshooting

Problem	What to do
Organization not found	Check the spelling — try a shorter version of the name
Not sure of your school’s name	Ask your teacher or administrator for the exact name used in Ilmiya
Error on every search	Check your internet connection and try again
Redirected to the wrong portal	Contact your administrator — your account role may need updating

Tip

If your school has a long name, try searching with just the first word or a shortened version — for example, try “iqra” instead of “Iqra Academy of Sciences”.

Note

If you already know your organization’s direct URL (e.g. yourschool.myilmiya.com), you can go straight there and skip the Router entirely. Bookmark it after your first login.
