Getting Started with Portal
Portal has its own dedicated login separate from the student Campus app. This section walks you through signing in and understanding the access requirements.

Before You Begin
Section titled “Before You Begin”To access Portal you need:
- A Parent or Guardian account created by your organization’s administrator
- Your login credentials (email/username and password)
- At least one student assigned to your account by the administrator
Logging In
Section titled “Logging In”- Navigate to your organization’s Portal URL (provided by your administrator).
- Enter your email or username and password.
- Click Sign In.
- You’ll land on the Portal dashboard showing your assigned students.
Role Requirement
Section titled “Role Requirement”Portal is exclusively for Parent and Guardian roles. If you sign in with an account that has a different role (student, teacher, admin), you will be automatically redirected to the appropriate Ilmiya portal for that role.
Forgot Password
Section titled “Forgot Password”If you’ve forgotten your password, click the Forgot password? link on the sign-in page, or contact your organization’s administrator to reset it.
