Profile

Your profile holds your personal identity on Ilmiya. You can update it at any time from the dropdown menu after signing in.

Accessing Your Profile

1. Sign in at platform.ilmiya.com.
2. Click your profile avatar or name in the top-right corner.
3. Select Profile from the dropdown.

You’ll be taken to your Profile page.

What You Can Edit

Name

Update your first and last name as they appear across the platform.

1. Click on the Name field.
2. Type your updated name.
3. Click Save.

Title

Add or update your title (e.g. Teacher, Administrator, Principal).

1. Click on the Title field.
2. Enter your title.
3. Click Save.

Display Name

Your display name is what other users see in conversations, activity feeds, and notifications. It can differ from your full name.

1. Click on the Display name field.
2. Enter the name you want displayed.
3. Click Save.

Profile Picture

1. Click on your current profile picture or the camera icon.
2. Upload a new image (JPG or PNG recommended).
3. Click Save.

Reset Your Password from Profile

You can also reset your password directly from the profile page without going back to the sign-in screen.

1. On your Profile page, click Reset Password.
2. Enter the email address linked to your account.
3. Click Reset Password.
4. Check your inbox for the reset email and follow the link to set a new password.
